Today Prism’s management portfolio consists of 92% managed brand business. Over the past years Prism has bolstered its management portfolio with prestigious assignments including the Hilton San Francisco Financial District in San Francisco, CA; the Crowne Plaza, San Francisco International Airport in Burlingame, CA; two Holiday Inns in Sacramento, CA and Walnut Creek, CA; the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans, LA; and the Holiday Inn Dallas Market Center in Dallas, TX. Today Prism continues to broadened its platform with some of the most exciting projects in the hotel industry including a $40 million Westin new-build in Lexington, KY.
