MARK E. VAN AMERONGEN, CHA
Senior Vice President of Operations

Mark has over 25 years of experience in Hospitality Leadership. He began his career with Hyatt hotels and progressed through several flagship full service hotels over an eight year tenure. After Hyatt, Mark joined Marriott International and held several executive committee and General Manager positions for the full service hotel division throughout the US. After single property positions Mark held various multi-property assignments including the Regional Director of Operations position on the West Coast for Marriott's full service and Renaissance hotels before returning to Las Vegas as Area General Manager overseeing the Marriott Managed Hotels in that city. Prior to joining Prism, Mark spent eight years as Executive Vice President with Western International in Dallas overseeing the growth of the management company from start up to over 45 hotels. Mark received his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the State University of New York, and achieved his CHA designation in 1990.

Mark is a member of Prism's Executive Committee


ERIN DILLON
Corporate Director of Operations

Erin recently joined the Prism team bringing over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She was formerly with Marriott International where she held several operations positions including Assistant General Manager at multiple full-service properties. As well, Erin was a Regional Operations & Project Manager overseeing specialty projects for 65 hotels in the Western Region. While working in this capacity, she worked in corporate operations where she managed full-service new openings and transitions.

Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and double-minor in Marketing and Sociology. Originally from Upstate New York, she previous positions have allowed her to live in amazing cities including Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles/Orange County, and most recently, Seattle. She is thrilled to now be living in the Dallas area with her two dogs.


RHONDA DYE
Vice President of Operations

Rhonda brings more than 10 years of hospitality experience to the Prism team. She joined Prism in 2003 and prior to her post as Regional Vice President of Operations she held several capacities such as Regional Director of Operations, General Manager, Director of Operations, Task Force & Transistion Manager. Before coming to Prism, Rhonda worked for Bristol Hotels & Resorts for four years in a various capacities and spent three years with Regus Business Centres. Her areas of specialty include property takeover and dispositions and CMBS hotel management.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management, both from the University of Missouri. Rhonda lives in Dallas with her husband and their three dogs. She is an active volunteer for local animal shelters and a seasoned half-marathon runner.


ALLISON HANDY
Vice President of Marketing

Allison is Vice President of Marketing, providing sales and marketing support and oversight for Prism's portfolio of hotels. In addition, Allison oversees all marketing activity for Prism Hotels and Resort's new business development. Before joining Prism in August 2007, Allison spent over nine years working for Interstate Hotels & Resorts and MeriStar Hotels in various sales capacities, most recently as a Director of Sales & Marketing in San Francisco, California. She has worked with such hotel brands as Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Wyndham.

Allison is a University of Southern California graduate with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies. In addition, Allison studied internationally through the University of Pittsburgh's Semester at Sea program, allowing her to travel and study in South America, Africa and Southeast Asia. Allison is based out of San Francisco, California. She enjoys travel, cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and twin girls.

Allison is a member of Prism's Executive Committee.


JAN MCCORMICK, CHA
Vice President of Operations

Jan's career in hospitality began more than 35 years ago as a bar back for the Sheraton Waikiki in Honolulu, Hawaii. It wasn't soon after that he caught the hospitality "bug" and decided to make hospitality his career. At 26 he became a General Manager and since that time has managed eleven independent Hotels, Resorts and Conference Center's for Kimpton Hotels, Benchmark Hospitality and Dolce International. Jan has also held corporate VP positions at Key Property Management, Hotel Systems Int'l, Noble House Hotels and Resorts and Gemstone Resorts International. In 2008 Jan was recognized as General Manager of the Year by the Utah Hotel and Lodging Association for Zermatt Resort and Spa. He joined Prism in January 2010.


LYNN MUCCIANO
Vice President of Business Development

Prior to joining Prism Hotels & Resorts in December 2010, Lynn served as Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for Turnberry Associates, overseeing top line sales revenues and marketing efforts, multimedia design , web services, and ownership liaison to the various brand franchise relationships for the hospitality portfolio. Lynn also held the position of Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for both Island Outpost L.L.C., a collection of 11 luxury retreats in South Beach and the Caribbean, and for The Goldman Properties Company, a mixed use development organization, dedicated to restoring, improving and reinventing historic neighborhoods in New York City's Soho, South Beach and Center City Philadelphia. Lynn has a proven track record for delivering results and outperforming her competitors. Lynn's vision and competitive spirit have allowed her to formulate winning business plans and accomplish goals.

Lynn has served on many boards and committees locally and nationally including, the National Advisory Board for Sales and Marketing Special Interest Group, for Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) served on the Board of Directors, and most recently as President, for the Greater South Florida Chapter. Lynn is certified in Managing Revenue, holds a certification in Hospitality Business Acumen under HSMAI, and is a graduate of Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.


Moses Qidwai
Vice President of Operations

Moses Qidwai graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Marketing major. He started his hospitality career at Lowes Anatole in 1982 as a Night Auditor. He brings over twenty nine years of hospitality experience. Moses has extensive operational and revenue management experience. Prior to joining Prism, Moses was with Highgate Hotels as General Manager with oversight of several transitional properties. He spent seven years with Wyndham International as General Manager, and six years with Inter-Continental Hotels Group as Regional Revenue Manager & General Manager. Over the course of the last sixteen years, Moses has managed several hotel brands including IHG, Hilton, Wyndham, and Radisson to name a few.


JIM WHEELER
Vice President of Operations

Prior to joining Prism Hotels, Jim was the Vice President of Operations for Southern Hospitality. Based in Oklahoma City, Jim worked for Southern Hospitality for over eleven years. During this tenure, he had as many as fifteen hotels that were under his supervision, including Doubletree, Hampton Inn, Sheraton, Radisson, Holiday Inn, and Ramada hotels.

Before joining Southern Hospitality, he was employed by Red Lion Hotels. He had a number of Property & Regional assignments in both Operations and Accounting during his ten years with Red Lion Hotels.

Jim graduated from Washington State University with his degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration. In 1989 he passed the CPA exam in the state of Washington. He has also held a number of hotel-related board positions in Oklahoma City and Sacramento.
