Our hotel design and construction department is headed by David M. Breeding, AIA, Vice President of Design and Construction. David is an accomplished industry veteran with more than 22-years and more than $5 billion of professional management experience in real estate development design and construction. David spent many years practicing architecture before transitioning to the hospitality development business. David’s expertise focuses in the field of hospitality development where he leads design, purchasing and construction teams that implement systematic design-build strategies which result in positive results. Prior to joining Prism Hotels and Resorts David held Vice President positions with Gaylord Hotels, Remington Hotels, and WCI Communities and was an Associate with RTKL Associates. David holds a Bachelor and a Master degree in Architecture and is licensed to practice architecture in Florida and Texas.
