Kimberlee Houston
Human Resource Manager

Kimberlee Houston joined Prism Hotels in December 2008 as the Human Resource Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry; with over 10 years of that experience in Human Resource Management, Training and Benefits. Prior to joining Prism she served as an Area HR role with Carlson Hotels and has also served as the HR Director with Radisson Hotels in Dallas and in the Seattle area. She brings experience in employee/union relations, accrual management, payroll and hotel operations.

KIM SOTO
Vice President, Human Resources

Kim Soto has over 18 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Training, most spent in the hospitality industry at both the corporate and property level.  Prior to joining Prism, she served in Area HR roles for both The Procaccianti Group and InterContinental Hotels Group.  She also worked for Bristol Hotels and Resorts for several years where she held the positions of Corporate Training Manager and property HR Director at various Dallas area hotels.   Kim has extensive experience in the areas of recruiting and international internship programs, employee relations, management training, compliance, and acquisition support.

She studied violin at The University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Music History/Musicology and achieved a second major in Communication.
