JOHN BAILEY
Chief Financial Officer

John began his hospitality career in 1989 with Bristol Hotels & Resorts, where he was Vice President and Corporate Controller at the time the company was sold to InterContinental Hotels Group in April 2000. He later served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HQ Global Workplaces.

In 2001, John joined ClubCorp as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and was a member of the Executive Committee. John is a graduate of Texas Tech University and holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration in Accounting and is a CPA.

John is a member of Prism's Executive Committee


ARIC BRIGGLE
Senior Accountant

Aric is a 2005 graduate of The University of North Texas with a degree in Hospitality Management and minor in Accounting. He began his careers as an intern with Winegardner and Hammons Hotel Management and after graduating accepted a position as an operations manager at their DFW Airport Marriott South property. During his 5 year tenure with Winegarner Hammons Aric held several titles at the DFW Airport Marriott South His areas of expertise were initially in hotel operations, then as hotel Controller and finally as the Director of Human Resources. Aric came to Prism Hotels as Senior Accountant in January 2010 and is responsible for financial reporting on assigned hotels in addition to transition assistance as needed. Aric hopes to earn his Masters in Accounting from UNT and sit for the CPA exam in 2012.


KURT CLAMP
Treasury Manager

Kurt has 14 years of experience in accounting and finance, and has spent the past year with the team at Prism Hotels & Resorts. Prior to coming to Prism Kurt spent 13 years at Dave and Buster's where he held the positions of Staff Accountant, Corporate Accounting Supervisor, and Corporate Cash Manager. In his spare time Kurt likes to fish, play cards, and spend time with his family and his 2 Labs Ty & Max. Kurt holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance from California Polytechnic State University.


LISA GAMMILL
Director of Corporate Accounting

Lisa Gammill is responsible for home office accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and home office administration. She has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Prism, she worked over 13 years with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts holding various accounting positions including Director of Corporate Accounting. After Wyndham, she was recruited by Aimbridge Hospitality to be their Accounting Manager when they started their company in 2003.

Lisa is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Accounting. She has been married to her husband, Ty, for 17 years. They reside in Plano, Texas with their two children Tyler and Megan.


GREG HOOPER
Vice President of Hotel Finance

Greg began his career in hospitality with Marriott Corporation in Houston Texas in 1978. Subsequently he has been intricately involved in financial operations working at other major hotels companies such as Mitchell Energy and Development Corporation, Hyatt Corporation, Destination Hotels, Benchmark Hospitality and Gemstone Hospitality.

Greg also worked as a VP of Operations for Hemmeter Corporation overseeing a portfolio of hotels in the Hawaiian Islands. He earned his BA in Finance/Accounting from University of South Florida. He and his wife Kathy relocated to Dallas from the Park City, Utah area.

Greg is a member of Prism's Executive Committee


JULIA HOWARD
Director of Centralized Accounting

Julia is an Accounting Manager with over 6 years of experience. She gained her experience as a Senior Accountant, Staff Accountant and Accounts Payable Specialist. Julia graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an active soccer player and participant in the local Dallas SPCA.


KELLY KALLAIL
Senior Accountant

Kelly began her career in hospitality with Bristol Hotels & Resorts in 1999. She worked as a F&B manager, sales & catering manager and Controller. In 2005 she joined Prism as a Senior Hotel Accountant. Kelly has a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University in Restaurant, Hotel Management and resides in Frisco with her husband Matt of 9 years and 2 sons, Jake and Noah.


ANGELA KELLY
Hotel Financial Analyst

Angela began her career with Marriott and has 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Following Marriott she joined Prism in February 2010 and is responsible for cash management, payables and financial reporting for assigned properties. Angela has a BA in Business Administration. She is married and has two children.


JINA RICHARDSON
Legal Administration Manager

Jina provides legal support and coordination of all requests pertaining to licenses, contracts, and permits relating to Prism's hotel portfolio. Prior to joining Prism she was a paralegal for a law firm that specialized in commercial real estate transactions. Jina received a Bachelors degree in Biology from UTD and a Paralegal Certificate from Southwestern Career Institute. She lives in Garland with her husband Drew and their two dogs Indy and Bailey. She is also an avid reef tank keeper.


ANN SHEAFFER
Financial Reporting Manager

Ann has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. This experience includes accounting at the hotel level, as well as various Staff and Management positions in centralized accounting departments. Management positions include Accounting Supervisor, Training Manager, Cash Reconciliation Manager and Financial Reporting Manager. Ann has a Bachelors and Masters of Accounting from Oklahoma State University.


BRENDA TETER
Corporate Tax Manager

Brenda is responsible for several levels of hotel tax compliance. Brenda brings 11 years of transaction tax experience and 20 years of accounting experience to the Prism team. Before joining Prism in 2008, she spent 11 years with Mary Kay Inc where she specialized in fifty state sales tax compliance and served in various capacities overseeing corporate culture and company wide events. Prior to Mary Kay Inc., Brenda spent 14 years in the retail liquor industry.


KRISTINA WHEELER
Senior Accountant

Kristina relocated to Dallas with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas. She began her career with Aimbridge Hospitality in 2006 gaining experience by working her way from Accounts Payable to a Staff Accountant. In 2008 Kristina came to Prism Hotels and Resorts as a Senior Accountant.
