Chris Bryan
REO / Receivership Manager

Chris joined Prism in 2006. Currently, Chris is responsible for REO relationships and helping lenders through the foreclosure process. He also acts as a court appointed Receiver and works with brokers and brands on assets in REO and receivership status managing those relationships as well as working with the Acquisitions Team on various projects. Prior to managing REO and Receiver work, Chris managed the day to day operations of a new development program for Prism responsible for overseeing General Contractor, brand and client relationships.

Chris has a BA in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.

Kevin Gallagher
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Kevin is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Prism Hotels & Resorts. Based out of the Dallas Office, he is involved in all aspects of development opportunities for Prism including acquisitions, management contracts and joint ventures. Additionally, Kevin has overseen the CMBS Lender and Special Servicer relationships for the past seven years and is actively involved in the CMSA.

Prior to being named Senior Vice President of Business Development, Kevin held positions of both Regional Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales with Prism Hotels & Resorts. Kevin's hospitality background includes 13 years with Bristol Hotels & Resorts in numerous capacities, including General Manager and Director of Operations of hotels ranging from 200-500 rooms in Atlanta, GA and Raleigh, NC.

Kevin has a BA in Music from the University of North Texas and resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.

LYNN MUCCIANO
Vice President of Business Development

Prior to joining Prism Hotels & Resorts in December 2010, Lynn served as Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for Turnberry Associates, overseeing top line sales revenues and marketing efforts, multimedia design , web services, and ownership liaison to the various brand franchise relationships for the hospitality portfolio. Lynn also held the position of Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for both Island Outpost L.L.C., a collection of 11 luxury retreats in South Beach and the Caribbean, and for The Goldman Properties Company, a mixed use development organization, dedicated to restoring, improving and reinventing historic neighborhoods in New York City's Soho, South Beach and Center City Philadelphia. Lynn has a proven track record for delivering results and outperforming her competitors. Lynn's vision and competitive spirit have allowed her to formulate winning business plans and accomplish goals.

Lynn has served on many boards and committees locally and nationally including, the National Advisory Board for Sales and Marketing Special Interest Group, for Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) served on the Board of Directors, and most recently as President, for the Greater South Florida Chapter. Lynn is certified in Managing Revenue, holds a certification in Hospitality Business Acumen under HSMAI, and is a graduate of Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
