My partners and I share your outlook on the hotel market and think that 2011 and 2012 are going to be the years that assets financed in 2006 and 2007 come home to roost.  

We would be quite interested in speaking with you.  We feel the industry is in denial about the depth of the problem, particularly with assets that were securitized through CMBS transactions.
